Amaravati: Today, Janasena Party General Secretary Konidela Naga Babu will file his nomination for the MLC elections to be held under the MLA quota. As part of the alliance parties, Naga Babu will submit his nomination on Friday morning as the Janasena candidate. Following the instructions of Janasena Party President and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, the necessary documents for the nomination have already been prepared by the party office.

Naga Babu to File Nomination as MLC Candidate Today
On Thursday evening, 10 MLAs from the Janasena Party signed in support of Konidela Naga Babu's candidacy. Minister N. Manohar personally took responsibility for this task. The MLAs who signed included Mandali Budda Prasad, Arani Srinivasulu, Lokam Nag Madhavi, Panchakarla Ramesh Babu, Patsamatla Dharmaraju, Sundarapu Vijay Kumar, Arava Sridhar, Pantham Nanaji, and Battula Balaramakrishna. Along with the MLAs, Minister N. Manohar also signed in support.
Deadline for Nominations is March 10
The last date for submitting nominations for the MLA quota MLC elections is March 10. Nominations will be accepted on any day, except public holidays, from 11 AM to 3 PM in the Assembly building. On March 11, the scrutiny of nominations will take place at 11 AM, and the last day for withdrawal of nominations is March 13 by 3 PM. Interestingly, it's not just about Naga Babu filing his nomination today for the MLC election as a Janasena candidate — it is also being rumored that he might receive an offer for a ministerial position after becoming an MLC.
