These MLAs, including Srinivas Reddy, Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy, Kale Yadayya, T. Prakash Goud, Arikapudi Gandhi, Gudem Mahipal Reddy, and M. Sanjay Kumar, joined the Congress after winning on the TRS ticket. However, the Telangana Speaker has yet to take any action on their disqualification, prompting the BRS to file a petition in the Supreme Court.
